BRAKE LINE KIT"KUNIFER 10"
Kunifer 10 is a copper-nickel-iron-alloy and because of its composition in connection with brass screws totally corrosion- and rust-resistant. For transportation reasons the lines are rolled and not prebented. Kunifer 10 is easily to bent by hand and to mount without problems.

Kit contains 2 brake discs and 2 brake drums with changed 4-hole circle, 100 mm. Looks like original parts. With this you can use wheels like in brake kit "Special" (part-no.: 020 3904) as long as your engine does not have more than 75 HP.

INNER VENTILATED BRAKE KIT 4-HOLES / 130MM, WITH TÜV
Fits beetle from 09.65 on which have steering knuckles for disc brake on front axle beam ! To be used for tuned beetle up to 136 HP and up to maximum 100 kW.
The standard splash shields are dropped. You can use all standard beetle wheels or other TÜV-approved wheels with 4-holes and circle of holes 130 mm. To get TÜV for this brake kit it is prerequisite from 75HP/55kW engines on to have IRS suspension! Also necessary to use wheel cylinder 19.05 mm (part-no.: 020 3930) for rear axle. They are not included in this kit so PLEASE ORDER SEPERATELY !!

This brake kit corresponds to brake kit part-no.: 020 3900
with the difference that the circle of holes has been changed for Porsche-wheels
5-holes/circle of holes 130 mm. For use up to maximum 100 kW.

INNER VENTILATED BRAKE KIT "SPECIAL", 4-HOLES / 100 MM
This special brake kit 4-holes for circle of holes 100 mm allows:
1.) use of engine up to 136 HP if prerequisites are the
same as for brake kit 020 3900 / 3902
2.) use of wheels which normally cannot be used for beetle, that means all 15"
VW-wheels (e.g. Golf etc.), also possible to use BMW- or Opel-wheels with corresponding
size.
Because of a lot of different possibilities check everything safely B E F O R E your order.
For use up to maximum 100 kW.
Also necessary to use wheel cylinder 19.05 mm (part-no.: 020 3930) for rear axle. They are not included in this kit so PLEASE ORDER SEPERATELY !!

DISC BRAKE KIT - REAR AXLE - WITH TÜV
For all beetle models from 8.67 on and up to maximum 118KW. Necessary from 100KW on.
This brake kit can be combinated with all front axle disc brake kits. If your engine does not have more than 50HP / 37 KW the standard front axle disc brake kit (part-no.: 010 2702) is sufficient. For more than 50HP / 37 KW it is necessary to change for an inner ventilated disc brake kit (part-no.: 020 3900, 020 3902, 020 3904). A maximum engine power of 118 KW is possible.
The rear axle disc brake kit is available
- for all 4-hole-wheels (standard beetle wheels and
approved wheels, e.g. ATS-wheels)
- for 5-hole wheels / circle of holes 130 mm (front axle 6"x15 and rear axle 7"x 15 Porsche-wheels (Fuchs)
- for 4-hole wheels / circle of holes 100 mm (for BMW-, VW- or Opel-wheels)
The standard master brake cylinder can be maintained but
the optimum brake power can only be reached under use of the
"Special-tandem-master
brake cylinder (part-no.: 020 3924).
Kit contains:
INNER VENTILATED BRAKE KIT, PERFORATED / LOUVERED, WITH TÜV
Fits all beetle from 09.65 on which have steering knuckles for disc brake on front axle beam ! Can be used for tuned beetle up to maximum 118 kW, from 55 kW on a semi-trailing arm axle is the condition.
Up to 100 kW you can use this disc brake kit front together with the standard
drum brake rear. Then you also have to mount the
rear wheel cylinders 19.05 mm (part-no.: 020 3930). They are not included in this kit so PLEASE ORDER SEPERATELY !!
From 100 kW up to 118 kW it is necessary also to mount a perforated / louvered
rear disc brake kit.
This special disc brake kit comes from motor sport. Available in different circle of holes.
The standard splash shields are dropped. You can use all standard beetle wheels or other TÜV-approved 4-hole or 5-hole-wheels with different circle of holes.
The use of the "Special-tandem-master brake cylinder" (part-no.: 020 3924) and Stahlflex brake
